Smoothie King - New Albany

This place used to be quite good, but the service and quality of the smoothies have declined significantly. I'm often left waiting in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes, and the staff can be quite rude. Additionally, the smoothies are made inconsistently—I've ordered the same one twice, and they've turned out with different colors, textures, and flavors. The worst issue, though, is how watered down they taste.

Terrible service! The staff member rolled his eyes and treated my mom and me like we were clueless. He told us we couldn’t order something because we needed an app, and when we asked if they had it, his response was quite disrespectful. The quality of the food was also disappointing, especially since I visit many other locations.

The restaurant is always clean, and the service is consistently excellent. Plus, the smoothies are fantastic!

Lovely young lady and man working tonight. Very knowledgeable and made a great recommendation. Smoothie was delicious. Will be back!

Google shows the store closes at 9pm on Sundays but when I arrive the store was closed at 8pm.
