Starbucks - New Albany

This is my venti shaken expresso when it got picked up. I’m not sure if someone drank out of it but not visiting this location again. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

Clean little Starbucks with an almost non-existent outdoor seating area, and very limited parking. All the same, great coffee and great staff. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

After reading the review about Peter, I decided to post my own review as I’ve had a similar experience. I had come through the drive thru to see if I could order a drink that I usually get at my regular Starbucks. I was trying to tell him him what I usually order when he said he couldn’t make it. I was starting to explain that they make my drink at the other Starbucks so maybe I’m ordering it wrong here and if he could help me to maybe make a similar drink but he decided to cut me off by saying “well I’m a supervisor and I’m telling you we can’t make that.” I let him know I wasn’t even done talking and he just gave me attitude the rest of the time and was completely unhelpful. I regret even ordering anything and giving this store business. If you want starbucks, I suggest you take your business to a different location that makes your drink correctly without an attitude. From the previous review, it sounds like Peter is no longer a supervisor but a manager. Absolutely ridiculous that this place is run by someone so rude Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I always ask for caramel drizzle and i never get it. i went thought this morning and just got a iced coffee and classic and white mocha. its terrible.i used to work at a starbucks and it's not that hard to read labels. im tired of paying extra for something i'm not getting.
