Of all the syrups this is my favorite one! I love the story, the flavor, the benefits and the cost. I trust this company and I really do love this product. My kids love it too. I highly recommend. We love love love!!! It’s delicious and it really works wonders.

Products are great. However, make sure your packaging is good. I bought a large bag if elderberries and shortly after getting them home, I put it in the cabinet. When it fell over I had elderberries falling all over! Apparently, the plastic was cut or detached from the paper when I bought it. It is still sealed at the top.

The 1 star is because when i tried bought their products for the 1st time last fall their promo offered free shipping. I was charged shipping cost afterwards they didn't care to fix the issue so i removed myself as a customer from their email connection verbally told the nice young lady i just don't want anymore of their products. Now i received a big jar of the syrup charged $30 without my permission after i removed myself from being a customer. What's the problem
