Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches. 1 came with bacon, but was supposed to have sausage. 2 others had overcooked omelets bites instead of egg, which was smashed down and didn't cover half of the croissant. My wife forced hers down. My youngest boy refused to eat his, so he had no egg for his sandwich. At least my dogs got a small snack out of it.
The customer service of Tim Hortons is poor. The staff are not well trained. Food is average and the lighting was harsh and unflattering.
Just went thru this drive thru. The employee was rude when taking my order. When I paid she wouldn’t reach out of the window to hand me the card which caused it to fall to the ground. I ordered iced tea and lemonade and she gave me two lemonades. When I asked for her to give me the tea, she “did” but as I drove away I realized she just out a little tea in my existing lemonade and let me go on my way. Employees are simply rude and lazy. Won’t come here again.
Poor customer service, they’ve shorted me food multiple times. Then act confused when I go to get it corrected. New employees and new management needed asap.
