Zaxby's - New Albany

I went to the restaurant craving their spicy fried mushrooms, only to discover they were no longer on the menu. Suddenly, I found myself unsure of what to order! I ended up opting for a salad, and it was enormous and absolutely delicious. I tend to enjoy most things, but still, it was a pleasant surprise. However, Zaxby's, I really hope you bring back those spicy fried mushrooms!

We had our first visit to Zaxby’s and it exceeded our expectations. I ordered the spicy mushrooms, my wife chose the kid’s chicken basket, and our daughter opted for the horse basket. We did have to wait a few minutes for our order because of the mushrooms, but that just showed that the food is made fresh. The drive-thru customer service was great, and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff were very friendly and polite, and the food was delicious. They mixed up my drink order, but it was understandable given the lunch rush. I will definitely return!

Excellent service and clean, spacious, well-lit dining room. Ordered two chicken finger plates with six chicken strips, frits, Koleslaw, toast and a drink. The exterior presentation of the building is welcoming and clean, and the bathrooms were immaculate. L
