Mcdonald's - New Baden

Very much attitude coming from the big lady behind the till. And they leave their headsets in the bathroom next to the toilet so we can hear their whole conversation

This is our go to McDonald's when traveling to fairview heights to shop because its always been a really clean place. Today it was absolutely disgusting when it comes to cleanliness! Tables were dirty, floor was a sticky mess and the drink station was a mess.

One of the nicer mcdonalds you'll find anywhere around. They're always speedy, food is usually fresh and correct. Inside is always clean and tidy. They do like to randomly charge for any kind of sauce packets and then stop charging, also at random. I'd mention any sauce you need when ordering unless you want to pay twice at window.

They were very rude and yelled at us and forgot half of my meal

Excellent service and a clean environment. Only issue was the sandwich wasn't put together all that well, the fries were hot though so that made up for it :
