Kfc - New Baltimore

I ordered 10 pieces chicken. When I got home I saw that what I received6 legs, 3 wings and 1 thigh.It does taste good.

Our chicken was overcooked and dried out. Was more like jerky on the inside. We no longer like the mac cheese and the potatoes and gravy were way too salty. Definitely won't be going back anytime soon, if at all. We were bummed. At least the staff was nice and quick. Service was great.

I was pleasantly surprised I wasent expecting it to be so good.

The only thing they care about is faking their drive thru order times. Every single other thing takes a back seat customer service, order accuracy, food quality. And you STILL WAIT FOREVER.

Came through on my lunch break for a pot pie. Didn't get a fork, drove back and received attitude about a fork. Then found a hair in my food. Do better.
