Little Caesars Pizza - New Baltimore

I love this place. They are always fast and polite, and the pizza is always cut and well cooked. Wish all Little Caesars could be like this, just going to pizza place.

I found a hair in my food and was angry. However, I remained calm because these things sometimes so I called and asked to talk to the manager, expects a smooth call and might be able to get a refund or a new pizza (where I had not eaten from me). The manager named Cody answered and was very rude from the beginning. He basically told me that I was lying and he tried to say it was my hair and somehow it was my fault, but my hair is brown not blond so I knew it couldn't be mine. I feel that I was polite everywhere, but managerial behavior was unacceptable and he couldn't take responsibility. I don't blame employees for this experience, but management in the heart must be better.

Pizza looked good when I had eaten the first piece, found a hair on it, which was about 4 inches long, I'm not local, so was already on the street. Check your food from these little stoppers.

Ordering through the app is very convenient. When your food is ready you can just pick it up from the warmer by typing a code. Have never had an issue at this location.
