Olga's Kitchen - New Baltimore

I’ve never encountered food that was so unappetizing and inedible in my life. The manager promised to refund my money and send over a fresh meal. Instead, I only received a $5 refund, and my replacement order never arrived. This restaurant has the poorest quality control and management I’ve ever experienced.

I'm not particularly fond of this type of cuisine, but the restaurant is nice. I went there for lunch with my sister, and she really enjoys it. Thank you!

We sat down and waited about 7 minutes for the server to come by. When she finally arrived, we placed our drink order and asked for a couple of minutes to look over the menu. She brought our drinks but then vanished. After 10 minutes of waiting for her to take our order, we noticed she had gone down the hallway towards the bathroom. Frustrated, we called over a young man and asked if someone could please take our order. Just then, she emerged from the bathroom and said, "Well, you weren't ready before!" As she walked over to us, she started putting her apron back on while speaking with another server. They both kept glancing our way with what felt like sneering looks. At that point, we decided to get up and leave, saying, “We don’t want anything, thanks but no thanks.”

I eat here once or twice a week and have always enjoyed it. Mark and his crew do a great job and are always friendly and accommodating. The Bowlga's are a must try, as is the steak and cheese Olga. You can't go wrong here:
