Fries were like ice same as the whoppers bk cant melt cheese to save their lives.

The fish was dry and hard. the onion rings were soft and mushy. did not enjoy at all.

Wheres the rest of the food. No nuggets no chicken sandwich? 40% of the order.

I love Burger King, but it really went downhill. I have a last chance to order via their mobile app. I could order and went to the store to pick up my order and all the lights were out and it was completely closed. WOW it would have been nice that they let me know that the store was closed before I spent the money and time to pick it up. Now the worst part is trying to get a refund from those dead. Three phone calls later and everything? ve told me that it will take 7 days until someone calls me back because of my refund. Maybe you are investing a little in your app before you tear out more people!
