Contribuisci feedbackI came to this Burger King several times. I will be frustrated when in line on over 20 minutes with only one vehicle, which only ordered 2 meal times and 3 other items. they really have to bring it together. it's getting ridiculous. sometimes it is not even right to eat.
Could stand to be cleaner. Received the wrong order belonging to another customer. Original Chicken Sandwich was extremely hot, had to wait a long time before it could be eaten. Attentive, congenial counter service.
Stopped to order, first she acted like she couldn't hear, then didn't ask if that was all after 2 items just told to pull around. When I said I had more she groaned...literally groaned then signed and asked what else. When I named 2 burgers and started name drinks she said you want to add that to the current order?when said yes she groaned, sighed then said dang this is a big order... really?! So I just told her forget it. Drove away and went across bridge to DQ cause I would hate to see what she would do to my food cause I was inconveniencing her.
The lady and gentleman at the drive-through window were so sweet and friendly! Thanks for putting smiles our faces. Merry Christmas!
Horrible customer service driving by area stopped for lunch stood at the register for over 5 minutes there was 4 employees nobody bothered to acknowledge I was standing there to say they would be right with me. Even the manager horrible place to stop and the employees there ALL need classes on common sense things needed to work anywhere. I would of given it 0 stars
