Chick-fil-a - New Braunfels

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. The staff member who took our order was incredibly polite and friendly! While we waited for our food, it was impressive to see everyone working together; there was no one slacking off or complaining. Even a team member with a leg boot was giving it his all! Fantastic service, everyone!

I really appreciate the way they've organized their ordering system—it makes everything run so smoothly. There are staff members outside who take your order, which is really convenient! The person who took our order was friendly and patient, and everything we ordered was correct and delicious. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any Buffalo dipping sauce for our appetizers, but it wasn't a big deal. The wings are my favorite, especially when paired with their Oreo shakes. I absolutely love their cookies too!

I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich, which included chicken, egg, and cheese. However, I was surprised by how little egg was included—definitely the smallest portion I've ever seen at Chick-fil-A. I also experienced a long wait time, as several customers who came after me were served first. It wasn't until the staff member inquired about my order that things got moving quicker. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

It seems that managers and owners of this store do not worry about the safety of their employees. You need them to park over the street and walk over 5 streets of busy traffic to work. Every time I drive Walnut, there are Chick Fil-A staff who cross the way to work. Better!

Only issue is the portion. Comparing the taste of a chicken strip to others chikFA has that down...it's just the portion is like they cut a strip into four strips. Going to other chicken spots including Popeyes you can see what I mean. Good, but for the price portion especially on nuggets and strips could be betterFood: 4/5
