We wanted to go to black 's when we saw the sign for cooper, so we decided to try it out. we loved the sausages and the chicken. I had the chopped bark-baked kartoffel that was really good. asked for extra butter and the gentleman asked if I wanted to be extra cheese or speck too, because they 't have a limit on them and I thought that was such a great note! only complaining is that the outside of the kartoffel had a little too much salt and pfeffer. I loved it that it was spiced because I like to eat all the things, but someone had a little harder hand than it was. my man said the brisket was in order, but he felt like he missed something. he liked my chopped bark better than the brisk. he loved that the hunch was juicy and moist, especially the breast. we are great meat sausage eaters, so we were not sure whether we like her and we loved her. a species has a weiner aftertaste, but was 't overpowered and was so good. I cleaned a few pork ribs, but they didn't try because we were so full when we came to them. the potato salad was ok, but the buds were brilliant! it was nice that they were free and you could eat as much as you wanted. the sweet tee was perfect. it wasn't too sweet and was just so delicious. the pecan pier cobbler was ok, but I wouldn't buy again. overall it was somehow expensive to get over $75 for everything in the pics (missing the kartoffel salad, cobbler and 2 drinks) and there were only 2 of us. we will come back, but maybe for a date night because it is just a little too expensive to come more often than that. please open one in san antonio! update: tried the ripening her would also be bombarded by the hired it would be pushing my last two! my man said okay so we could try and we shouldn't have done it. we had so much to eat and we are so full, we brought it home without trying. big mistake! There was hardly any flesh and I mean barely! $18 for two bones? I have to remove a star. we were so disappointed because we really liked this place.
BBQ was amazing! Had the Sirloin, who was tender, really spiced well and drank in her sauce, it only made it more juicy. I even ate a lil bit of fat with every piece (which I never do) can sound strange, but OMG added it just to taste. Mac n cheese was creamy green beans were really seasoned. Did a taste of the melt in the mouth breeze (do I need more) and the peach bbler? So delicious! Not too sweet had a nice butter crust. The staff was friendly.
Wow! Best BBQ ribs I've ever had. A must for meat lovers to stop. Large car park for cars and motorcycles. I'd be here a week if I live in this area. We're just a group of guys driving past our motorcycles. Love here. Did they wish in me? Tampa Florida.
Good location on the loop. Restaurant is clean with indoor and outdoor seating. Free refills on fountain drinks. Food was great. We ordered 1/2lb of brisket burnt ends, and 4 chopped brisket lunch meals. With the meal you get a drink, Choice of a side and the house beans at the bar. Also tried the blackberry cobbler. Everything was awesome. The chopped sandwich was big. We will definitely be back.
