Herbert's - New Braunfels

A local favorite! With both indoor and outdoor seating, this restaurant is perfect for families. There's a free playground for the kids, which is a big plus. The Mexican cuisine is consistently delicious, and their drinks are fantastic! The margaritas, in particular, are a crowd favorite. The casual atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for a family night out or a fun gathering with friends.

Excellent as always!! Beef, cheese enchiladas are always good, but the shrimp enchiladas are awesome!! Street Taco's are amazing as well. Staff is very polite and punctual. Absolutely no complaints. Been many times and will be back many more times. The one in San Marcos is Amazing as well!! Enjoy!!

Totally loved this spot! I can't believe I never had heard of it being a long time resident in nearby city and always in NB. The location was easy to find. Fast service..ordered food and was served within 15 minutes of ordering. My parents are elderly and shared a meal and still took home leftover. Enchilada/ gravy both wonderful as well as their tortillas. Plenty of parking. Also noticed outside patio that appeared to have lots of room! Only one thing..watch your step...my parents had to hold on to me because floors go into a small dip..hard to notice on a couple of spots. Otherwise 5 thumbs up!

Great location, awesome food, phenomenal atmosphere. We had dinner with friends after a school dance. After enjoying how great our waitress Kaylee was we decided to make it weekly Thursday visit. I can highly recommend you check this restaurant out. You will not be disappointed.

Service is always quick and attentive. The menu is all encompassing and a great value. The location is also convenient to Walnut/the loop. I eat here regularly with coworkers; the staff is always friendly and accommodating on our lunch break.
