Las Palapas - New Braunfels

The Breakfast Bowl was Delicious. Arrived hot with complete order.

We were missing half of the order so I can only comment on my husbands. His flautas were mostly shells. This is the third time in a row that food has been left out of the order. Disappointing!!!

The restaurant failed to include the tortillas in my order for the second time in a row. It was very disappointing, especially when ordering dishes like fajitas that are meant to be served with tortillas.

None of my requests were taken into consideration. My order was cancelled and I had to place it again. The flautas completely fell apart as I attempted to eat them.

I ordered two bean and cheese tacos with added bacon for an extra dollar and some change, but they forgot my bacon! I was really looking forward to treating myself, especially after a stressful day at work. It's disappointing to lose $2 because they skimped on my bacon. I just wanted some bacon on my tacos - is that too much to ask for?
