Mozies - New Braunfels

This restaurant offers delicious food in a cozy setting, but it’s not suitable for larger groups. We visited for lunch and ordered a Cobb salad along with two meatball subs. The salad came with garlic-crusted toast, while the meatball subs were accompanied by parmesan fries and onion rings. The service was excellent, and we would definitely come back again.

I've been coming to this restaurant for many years. My daughter Sara always orders the hot dog whenever we visit! Each time I come to Mozies, I try to choose something different. Today, I had the con burger, which is a delicious grilled cheeseburger served without a bun. I also ordered the fresh homemade chips—oh my goodness, they're so tasty! For dessert, I tried the strawberry jam cake for the first time, and I highly recommend it. Overall, I definitely recommend this place!

Wow, what a hidden gem! We've been wanting to visit this place for quite some time, and I regret that we waited so long. My husband usually orders a meatball sandwich whenever he sees one on the menu, and he said this was one of the best he's ever had! The meatballs were incredibly flavorful, and the sauce was absolutely phenomenal—what a delicious marinara! Our server also provided us with dipping sauces for our fries, which made it really enjoyable to sample the different options they had available.

This place is probably my favorite restaurant in Gruene. Great burgers and sandwiches. Definitely prefer it over Gristmill, but I would say they’re biggest flaw is limited seating, it’s a very small space so I can imagine it’s a zoo on weekends and holidays.

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful. We had the Reuben and the Fish Tacos. Tried the homemade potato chips with the Reuben. All very good. It's a small place and they fill up quickly so get there early or be prepared to wait for seating. Returned to try the anticucho pasta dish and appetizer. Both excellent. Looking forward to going back to try the char-king and panko parmesan chicken sandwich. I highly recommend Mozie's.
