Panda Express - New Braunfels

I visited for my favorite black tea, which is absolutely amazing. However, it was only an hour and a half before closing time, and they were already shut down and had no tea left. I understand the reasoning behind this, but closing that early seems excessive. I would have understood a 30-minute cutoff, but I left feeling really disappointed.

The ordering process was unclear and there were long wait times. They claim to be open until 9, but if you arrive around 8:30, you'll find that the only items available are what's left over. It’s not worth your time if they’re not making an effort to earn your business.

As a big fan of Panda Express, I have to say this location doesn’t measure up. The food looks like the standard Panda offerings, but the flavor is seriously lacking—almost nonexistent.

Honestly, just in real time was fast because a 3 years old had to pee. The toilet was dirty, but the food smells good. Someone must have eaten an explosive intestinal sequence.

Second time I order from the panda express I love panda express but this location I’m done. Not sure if they’re not serving enough or are they short on food or what and first time order and large, lemonade got home and drink nothing but water. I had I had to throw it away this time it was the food got home when I open it the box is not what I expected. I’m done.And not say that I order two big plate the other day and they only gave me two meat. Spoke to the manager is name is Joe and he asked me for a receipt. If I knew that they were supposed to give me three meat. I would’ve kept the receipt, but that was his way of not honoring that they made a mistake because he knew that I was not going to have a receipt to prove that they messed up is a horrible panda express and nasty food. I gave it a try and I’m not doing it again I usually go to Chinese restaurant but I guess they needed the money better than I do.
