Sonic Drive-in - New Braunfels

The service was awful. I appreciate that she was trying to be efficient during a busy time, but the woman rushed through my order and handed everything to me without much thought. Unfortunately, I had to get back to work, so I just took what was given because I was really hungry. Food rating: 1/5.

Food was... well, you get what you pay. Atmosphere?? It's a cronic! You want Atmosphere? I'm sorry! Service!? Jacob is your service provider, in this place!! I'm pretty sure it was my ****! Absolutely! You fixed it! And this is the definition of SERVICE! A good steakhouse would be good for the use of your SERVICE! It's the name of the game! Let the Sonic brass count the beans! Get the salad!! Good luck for you!

I've looked at several recent reviews of restaurants in various cities, and it's rare to see anything over four stars. This place isn’t gourmet, as they don’t offer $50 items on the menu, so it may not be the absolute best. However, the young staff here are fantastic. You might notice small things, like a missing ketchup or straw, but I never received part of my order. If that happens to you, just take a quick moment to ask for your ketchup!

The order taker was slow and inaccurate. They missed one of my meals that I had to call back in to order and wait again. Messed up one of the meals, and got 1 right. So was 1 out of 3. Did was fresh and decently fast, and was what you expect for sonic. Probably won't return to this location anytime soon.Food: 4/5
