Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

After sitting at drive thru for 9 minutes I was told they only have one fryer

Before Kovid chicken strips were a good 4 to 6 inches now not only the price was increased the chicken strips are at most 2 and 1/2 in LongFood: 1/5

Sandwich floated in sauce that did not taste well. The chicken was gummy and tasted as if it was old and had been reheated. I change this review because I looked at some of the other reviews and saw that one of the Gentleman who worked there for 3 months added that the General Manager often saves chicken and reheats it the next day to save money instead of cook fresh. I believe that this reflects the terrible assessment of this store that I have been with others and it is much better! Not impressed will not be back.

I've never been to Zaxby before. I felt like eating Raisin Canes. This restaurant is clean, that's what I was most about. The food was just as expected, but there was nothing that made it unique to me. The service left something to wish, not bad... Only no customer service and more of a contractor with zero extra words, which not only took our order. Overall, I would give them 3 and half stars, but this is not an option.

The last two times I went through the drive, they filled the orders completely, even after the customer checked the orders. The first were Cobbs missing the bacon, egg and without the extra chicken we paid extra. We didn't know until we were home. The second time Cobbs were again missing ingredients and had cheese that we asked to have removed from both salads. It had to be sent back twice. It took 30 minutes to get the order. I could also hear that the cook was annoyed (was a loud sound) he had to give it back. The young ladies at the window were sweet but otherwise disappointing experiences at this point.
