Dunkin' - New Britain

The breakfast was enjoyable. I went with the classic 2 for $2, and it was as good as always. I also tried the new egg and sausage bowl, which was delicious. However, I was a bit disappointed because the bowl was only half full.

I can't say enough good things about this Dunkin' Donuts! The staff is truly amazing. They always know exactly what I want and need. When I walk in, they automatically remember my name, and they know how I like my iced coffee: fresh vanilla, light, and sweet. I also appreciate that they always provide napkins—it's surprising how many places forget such an essential item! Napkins are definitely useful in case of spills. Overall, I really love this place!

The coffee is excellent, and the place is very clean and modern. The staff is friendly too. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is due to the limited parking and somewhat unusual business hours.

The egg, ham, and cheese on a toasted English muffin was absolutely delicious! I also enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate. I’d rate it a classic “awesome!”

The service at this restaurant is always exceptional, with the staff being very attentive to my requests. They genuinely go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. Everyone greets you with friendly smiles, and it's always a pleasure to chat with them. I highly recommend this Dunkin' over any of the others nearby.
