INI Sips has remarkable customer service! Every interaction with them has been delightful. They also have the BEST matcha tea. It is smooth, vibrant and oh so creamy.

Never been to their location, but ordered some goodies to be delivered to NC. Literally shipped out that day, got it super quick. Aaaand the best part is the coffee is bomb. Plus they hand wrote a little thank you...5 stars minimum
