Mcdonald's - New Britain

The manager working the evening shift on 10/6/22 was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and the staff were extremely attentive to all customers ready to place an order. They even handled the more challenging, pickier, and overlooked customers with respect and patience.

I recently ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash and everything was fine with the delivery. However, for some reason, they found it amusing to give me a McChicken with just cheese and no patty. I reached out to them with a photo of the incorrect order and they refunded me for all the food. When I tried to contact them again to resolve the issue, they did not respond. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I purchased a kid's meal at this restaurant, but it did not come with the toy that was supposed to be included. I have been trying to contact them to inquire about getting the toy for my child, but they are not answering their phone. This lack of response is very unprofessional.

This place is müll, the service is bad and they always screw up their order. you eat says it closes around 10 o'clock, but try to 8 o'clock the doors are locked, this is by far the worst mcdonald’s in the city, don’t go here, the fries are stale and the burgers taste old as they are from the previous wave. they also don't even speak well English, the staff is too busy to talk or argue with each other, many employees continue to argue. again they will not go to this place, hopefully if they lose enough business, they will close and a better restaurant will take its place

Drive-thru was really busy I was almost the 10th car out but they still manage to get me out quickly.
