Service was incredibly slow. Our dishes were very heavy and the menu didn’t have any light options.

We ate here in fall 2022 and sat outside. We loved it and immediately knew we wanted to return again because of the great food and service. Several times since then we thought about making the 1 hour 10 minute drive to eat there again. On March 31, 2023 we went to a show at the NJ State theatre which is only about 1/2 block away. When I booked the show, I immediately booked a reservation for Catherine Lombardi. This time we sat inside and it surpassed our expectations. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. Both times we were there, the owner walked around stopping at each table to see how everything was. He is extremely personable and you can tell how near to his heart running a top restaurant means to him. As a side note, you can order from their menu or their sister restaurant Stage Left Steak menu which is in the same building. Highly recommend this place

Food was great, but our server forgot our salad. Service was very attentive given place was pretty packed. However it was a bit chilly in the dining room.

The Lasagna with Meat Gravy was delicious. Dont skip the Mascarpone Cheesecake. It melts in your mouth. Never a disappointment.

Food, service and ambiente were wonderful. the restaurant is just a few steps away from the NJ State Theatre. I recommend it very much!
