Terrace Room - New Buffalo

I want to start off by saying I don’t normally write reviews for restaurants and don’t think I ever did specifically for a server. I came here for dinner on Valentine’s Day and our server was Maris. Easily the best server I’ve had. I don’t eat pork and when I requested to sub the sausage for chicken on the Penne Vodka pasta; she let me know that the meat sauce itself is cooked with pork. I’ve come here a few times now when I’m in state and was never informed of that while ordering the same entree. The restaurant was serving champagne for the holiday and once I informed her that we don’t drink, she came back with a zero proof sparkling drink that was great. She was attentive, kind and deserves the recognition. Thank you!

Liam is simply the best bartender. Drinks and recommendations were absolutely amazing! Will be back soon because of him.

We recently had a wonderful experience at the Terrace Room for my wife's birthday. We dine at the Terrace Room for a few times per year, mostly for special occasions, and have come to expect great food and service. What made this trip special was the care that the manager, Jessica, took to ensure we were satisfied. There had been a mix up with an on-line reservation, and when Jessica learned about it, she went out of her way to make sure our birthday dinner worked out to our liking. Jessica's personal attention to our issue was above and beyond.

I recently dined at The Terrace Room Restaurant with my work team. The dinner was an absolute delight from start to finish.The service was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional which can be a challenge with a large group. The food was truly outstanding. The bruschetta, especially the apple pairing was so good. We all loved our food and the menu had a lot of delicious options from pasta, poultry, meat, and seafood. We may have ordered every dessert item and they were all fantastic. Whether for a team dinner or a romantic evening out, this establishment is sure to leave a lasting impression. We can't wait to return and explore more of what this culinary gem has to offer.

Came here on a weeknight and the atmosphere was very relaxing and chill. The food was delicious, the service was prompt. They had a few non-alcoholic options which was nice as well. Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator is available to take you to the restaurant
