Our 6 year old daughter is on the shorter side so she didn't get to go on the 48 rides, but she had an absolute blast on everything else. Our favorite slides were the rainbow slides as soon as you walk in, all 4 of us got to go on and race each other. The park is clean, the staff is friendly and the rides are a blast. Also, we got a whole pizza and it was delicious, it reminded us of Cosco. We used a locker and it was only $10 for a small one for all day use. We can't wait to go back!
General admission is 40 bucks which isn't bad for what you get. I normally just buy season passes which are 80. They have 6 or so big slides, lazy river, obstacle course, axe throwing and some roller coasters. You can honestly spend 4-6 hours here pretty easily. The lines aren't bad at all you can normally ride all but 1 ride with very minimum wait. The only thing that annoyed me is that they don't really cater to babies. They are following the new guidelines by us coast guard for floaties which state that baby floaties (which are inflatable) can easily pop so they recommend floaties that are for 2-4 year olds which is useless for a small 10 month old. That would be fine if they didn't use their own INFLATABLE tubes that can pop according to those same guidelines... But hey it's their business so they can do what they want I still enjoy it just have to carry my baby everywhere.
Absolutely wonderful place! Didn't wait in a single line and wasn't super busy. Food is awesome and so much to offer. Wipeout course on the lake, petting zoo with crocodile babies to pet and so much more definitely a place to go with friends and family.
It's a pretty good place. Definitely see it becoming some great. The atmosphere is welcoming but the food is mediocre. Great for a one day event not a multi-day stay. Slides are pretty good but give it time. There was one ride that had the world's longest skid mark on a slide.
What really impressed me was the cleanliness of the park. The staff diligently patrols the area, making sure that the water and facilities are spotless. It was great to see their commitment to providing a hygienic and enjoyable environment for all guests. Big River also offers a range of amenities, including spacious changing rooms, secure lockers, and various dining options. I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty food at reasonable prices. The staff members were not only friendly but also knowledgeable and always willing to help. Their dedication to customer service added to the overall positive atmosphere of the park. As a family-oriented water park, Big River has dedicated play areas and shallow pools for children. It was heartwarming to watch kids enjoying themselves under the watchful eyes of attentive lifeguards. Finally, I appreciated the park's focus on safety. Lifeguards are strategically placed throughout the park, and clear instructions and guidelines are prominently displayed. This attention to safety allowed me to relax and fully enjoy everything the water park has to offer. Overall, I highly recommend Big River to anyone looking for a fantastic day of water fun. With thrilling rides, exceptional cleanliness, great amenities, and a friendly staff, it truly surpassed my expectations. I can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories!
