Mcdonald's - New Caney

Fast service. Good food, the French Pommes not until McDonald's usual standard. Soggy ff is ugh! Otherwise the staff was great.

The cashier understood how to make a divided wage; explained to her that I hold the card because it is refillable; and the last individual ensured that the order was correct before it gave me. Great crew!

Mc Chickens, all I have to say, just sad for lunch, but beyond that is the mc chicken biscuit at breakfast time is a dollar more, so again if you want for quick simple cheap food to fill you, they want to check it something else there daily offers and on the phone app, also points means that you get free food. Best thing ever when your cheap food ends, buy a big Mac in a while.

I'm unsure how long TEO has been the store manager at the new caney location but whoever is his higher up needs to give him a raise! This man goes above and beyond and was extremely patient and helpful with my concerns. A lot of times customers just call to complain however I would love to complement this young man he is absolutely amazing! Please give this man a raise! This is a fast food establishment and he made it feel like we were at 5 star restaurant! Again his name is Teo and he was wearing a management name tag!

This place is terrible. Everytime I come here they either don’t understand or can’t hear what I am saying. I have to repeat my order to them 3-5 times in order for them to put it in the system. When the order dosent show on the screen I know it is wrong. I come here in the am around 4am sometimes and they always get my order wrong. They never put it in as a meal and try to charge everything separate. The night crew is just as bad because they either have smashed looking burgers or just completely get the order wrong. I asked for Pattie’s only and got onions on it, like how it’s just meat what i asked for! So far the am shift from 6am and above haven’t disappointed. But I’m definitely going to another McDonald’s rather than this place that doesn’t care.
