Contribuisci feedbackRegrettably, we won't be returning. While the waitress was fantastic, we were served dirty utensils four times.
The food was good overall, but there were some noticeable issues. The mashed potatoes were served at a much lower temperature than the fish, which was unevenly prepared—half of it was crispy and delicious, while the other half was burnt and overly crunchy. The service left much to be desired; it took over 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us. We never received any drink refills, and I had to remind them for a to-go box for my son's leftovers. Despite these drawbacks, the food was tasty enough that I might return, unless I end up in the same server's section again. The manager on duty was polite and handled my child's playful behavior well; he seemed to be the most competent person there, as you'd expect!
My family has attempted to dine at this restaurant twice now, and both times we were left standing at the front waiting to be seated— or at least to put our names down— with no one approaching us. Each time, we stood there for ten minutes while staff walked past without acknowledging us. So, we decided to leave. Whatever happened to basic customer service? A simple "We're really busy, but we'll be with you shortly" would have made a world of difference. During our wait, we overheard a discussion at the front about two tables that had been seated for over 15 minutes without anyone knowing who their waitress was, leading to some arguing. Unfortunately, that was our signal to leave… again. This restaurant seems really disorganized and unable to handle any volume, and both times we visited, it wasn't particularly busy. We won't be returning!
Waited over an hour to be seated (we called ahead for a table) got seated waited for 45 mins to flag down a waitress, food was horrible. Cold, turkey was dry, no rolls and was unable to get drink refilled. This was the waitresses first day by herself and under a difficult situation she was great. Poor preparation and management did not respond well to the business of the day. So Very disappointed. Lisa
We planned a 10 person Thanksgiving here, I spoke to the manager Curtis several times about the 2pm time and he assured me that he would be able to “make that happen” and I quote, i also told him our name,, it was a DISASTER!!! The restaurant was so jammed packed I was blown away… I put my name on the list and waited with the other 50 people.. I found Curtis and spoke to him. He was very short and spoke to me in haste and walked away. Finally we was sat all 10 of us. We got our drinks and spoke briefly to the waitress. She was nice, we put our orders in at 230. I asked her was there anything they were out of?? and she said , we are prepared we have everything. I didn’t see her again until I walked up at 330 and asked where she was ,,and could I have crackers for my 4yr old granddaughter who was crying for food. I talked to another supervisor and my waitress said she didn’t feel good and had hot flashes she was in her 20’s I said ,if you can’t do it who was going to wait on us?? I asked where our order was , she was talking to the cook and he said ,it will be another 35 minutes to get they argued and I said ,didn’t you put my order in? She said ,it got lost and she would put it in again,, I was so upset,, an hour sitting there and she never put our order in, then there was nothing left no biscuits ,no buns, no ham .. I couldn’t believe it. I asked for the manager Curtis,, he came up and basically said you’ll have to get what we have, and it is what it is. How ignorant and rude!! I will NEVER come back!!!!
