Burger King - New Castle

I was pleasantly surprised by the upscale appearance of this Burger King, compared to other fast food restaurants. We visited on Whopper Wednesday, prompted by the catchy jingle that plays every day. I typically would go to McDonald's for fries, but after trying Burger King's, I have switched loyalties. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I am impressed with Burger King's overall improvement and would give them a perfect 5/5 rating.

Much better than the location downtown. This Burger King is actually clean and tidy and I think that the food is better as well as the quality of employees.

This is a Burger King. The food was good, better than some other Burger Kings I've been to. The staff was friendly, the meal was satisfying, and it lived up to my expectations. There were no long wait times.

The man working the drive-thru was extremely friendly and welcoming. I have never experienced such great customer service at a fast food restaurant before. He seemed genuinely happy to be there and did a fantastic job. He definitely deserves a raise!

This restaurant may be suitable for those looking for new dining options. The tomatoes were soft and the nuggets seemed to be oddly shaped or cut into pieces. Despite this, I may consider giving them another chance in the future. The staff seemed to be enjoying themselves with lots of laughter. However, I can only give them a rating of 1 star.
