Dunkin Donuts - New Castle

The restaurant is inconsistent due to staff performance. The iced coffee I ordered multiple times was consistently disappointing, tasting watered down even before the ice had a chance to melt. I had hoped for improvement with each visit but I am now frustrated with wasting money on an iced coffee that is mostly water with very little coffee flavor.

The specialty drinks at this restaurant can be inconsistent, especially considering the high prices. I might need to start looking for a new place to go, but they are good at pouring coffee into a cup!

Blocking the entrance near the handicap parking spaces, forcing wheelchair users to navigate around to another door? No signage near the parking spaces? Lacking consideration and communication for individuals with disabilities.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COFFEE. They are rude and don?t know what they are doing. We live around the corner and would go here every morning and spend but EVERYTIME we try again the coffee is horrible and they have ATTITUDES. If you don?t know howto make a coffee that?s Dunkin? promotes go get training!!! Every other location we never have these problems.

They have gotten my orders wrong several times. One time I went there and asked for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I left assuming everything was there and then I found out there was only egg in my sandwich no Sausage no cheese. Another time orderswere switched between me and another costumer and they wouldn't fix it and get me what I paid for.
