They were kind enough to remove the charge from my bill, but I was very concerned about the potential harm it could have caused, including the need for surgery to repair my stomach and intestines or even losing teeth. I definitely do not recommend eating here. On the bright side, the fries were tasty, but not suitable for those with gluten allergies.
I took my grandchildren to Mama Jane's for dinner. My seven year old granddaughter wanted cottage cheese, so we ordered a side dish of cottage cheese, which turned out to be a small dish. But when I received the bill, I was shocked to see that they had charged $4.99 for the side of cottage cheese!! I asked about this when I went to pay the bill, and the server confirmed that this was the price they charged. Overall, the food was just average and nothing to rave about. I don't think I would return to Mama Jane's as it is too expensive for what you actually get.
I highly recommend this restaurant. I was in town for an event and didn't want to eat at a chain restaurant. I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and the down home cooking had generous portions. The service was quick, and the food was hot and delicious.
Mama Jane's is a great place to stop in and grab a delicious meal that won't break the bank. And desert is always a must! The staff is warm and friendly. When you walk through the doors it feels like Home.
Excellent food and service, loved the stuffed biscuits and breakfast potatoes were crispy and hot. Eggs Benedict was also quite tasty and filling. Worth stopping by for breakfast for sure, would come back when in town.
