Pizza Hut - New Castle

Horrible menu online. Cheese fries cooked fast so potatoes weren't done and we're soggy by the time they got to me. If you put a cover over fries without ventilation, they will get soggy. Cheap tenders over cooked. Cheese steak very light for the price and salty. Never would I ever think that a cheese steak sub was a plain cheessteak. Subs come with lettuce and tomato. Garden sub (as labeled)is unheard of, which is an actual cheese steak sub. I thought it was a vegetarian no meat. There was no trying to reconcile the situation. It is what you got, say the person on the phone.Please don't spend your money here. Try 3 Countries or Porto Fino's. Customer service is fantastic and the food is so much better.

Order was messed up asked for a replacement was told no ! I spending alot money here every month . I am disappointed they couldn't fix my 10$

Nice place, great staff. The cheese wasn't quite melted. Alot of good fixin's ? and a good crust. Nice price point too.

The special stromboli was the best I've ever had. I will definitely order again!

Charged 50 cents for pickles on a sandwich... I can understand being charged if I asked for extra.. this wasn't a extra request ... if you get a sandwich and ask for pickles... you get pickles... NO CHARGE!!
