Pizza Joe's - New Castle

The people who work there are a joke they didn’t cut my pizza so i went in and asked for them to cut it and he said he did but it melted back together? like what never heard of that and then he goes back and tells people to recut it and then starts making jokes about me and laughing with the girls in the back a little skinny dude idk but they should be fired

Doors locked when I arrived, so I could only use pickup window for previously placed orders. Chose not to park, call in to place order, and then sit in parking lot until order was ready for pickup to then have to wait in drive through line again. ?

I do really like their pizza, they have a very good menu of salads, sandwiches and much more!! And Joe, the owner, he is a very good guy!! Always willing to help our schools with a fund raiser!! Thanks, Joe!!

The staff was really friendly, the food was amazing but the space itself was very cold and impersonal.
