Contribuisci feedbackThe food was good, but the portions and number of choices were not what they used to be. Only have a few side choices without having to pay a lot extra. It's definitely not the high-end restaurant it used to be.
We usually had a good trip here last time was good all but the service IDK if it was an off night or if she had a problem with us. Our drinks were not refilled at all. She was very short with us when placing an order or asking for anything. Everything else was fine for us. The other tables saw their waitress many times while we only saw our for order and food. That was all.
My wife and I were seated at a filthy table area, when there were other tables that were clean. There were straw wrapper ripped bits laying on the ground, with several miscellaneous food particulates as well. It was the ONLY table that was dirty in that section, so why would you seat us in filth?! There were several times employees, including our waitress, that were stopping and chatting for a bit with each other (which i have no problem with we're all human and we talk amongst ourselves at work), but the issue i has with that is the several times you had to stop and speak with each other, is time you could have cleaned up the mess, and even offer an apology, but said time was NOT utilized for such. Seeing this filth leaves nothing to the imagination on how your establishment handles food while being prepared, or the overall sanitation of every aspect of operation. The food was good, however my wife and i both ordered the 6 oz. ribeye diners, yet hers was much thicker than mine, and made me wonder if they screwed the order up. We've dined here several times, but this was the first i have ever complained. Please don't let your business slide into neglect, and inform hosts/wait staff to not seat patrons in filth.
Food was good but portions were smaller than what I recall years ago but I got salad bar so I could fill up on that, I would not have been full on meals alone, even the steaks looked small. Bill was $94 for 3 meals, salad bar, dessert, extra sides, 3 drinks so that’s not bad at all compared to everywhere else. I made the mistake of drinking my raspberry tea before the meals came out and therefore had to eat with no drink until I was almost done when the server got refills. On a Saturday night she appeared to be the only waitress, there was a few helpers but I could see her running around alone and busy, so I wasn’t going to tell her she got me the wrong dessert or it would have nice to have more drink refills, and steak sauce, etc. It looked like 1 hostess and 1 server for the whole dining area and then the bar area had several workers. I would have given a higher tip if we would have just been acknowledged more to meet our needs but she was super nice. I actually had quit attending here for many many years because I had a Mother’s Day buy one get one free coupon that wasn’t honored by the waitress at the time after we discussed it and ordered she brought the manager over and I had to pay full which back then in 2005, it was like $20/person. So I feel like the prices haven’t really gone up which is amazing but the portions are half of what they used to be. Quality of food alone was top notch and would have been nice to receive the dessert I actually wanted, I have always loved the raspberry tea with the real raspberries! Finally, I like the remodel it’s very cozy
Excellent food and fabulous, fast and friendly service! We eat here all the time everything is always delicious! The salad bar is well maintained and fresh! One time I ordered a Togo and there was a small issue and the manager Ben went above and beyond to make things right!!
