Soni's Italian - New Castle

Great! First, our waiter was excellent. He was very friendly and fast. The hostess was welcoming and polite. I enjoyed my food. I had the lamb salad with Hausvinaigrette. The lamb was tender, the greens were very fresh and well balanced - the housevinaigrette was a delicious tangent with a light sweet. My husband had the Italian table, and I tried everything and they were good too! This is a family-friendly place, many children around. Oh! Also the prices were great.

All waiters were super nice and the food was hot and fresh. I loved all the waiters constantly checking on us. We loved that one waiter spoke so that we could hear well and he bowed each time he left a table. It was different, but we liked it. I made things interesting.

Soni left today. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt the need for the experience we had. I was part of a funeral party that needed a place for lunch. Since most of us came from the city, we originally had a reservation in another local restaurant, but after waiting outside this facility for 20 minutes after opening SUPPOSED, we were finally told that they were not able to open for us. Almost 30 of us sit in a parking lot without eating. We called Soni to see if they could take us in the short term and were greeted with warm smiles and a whole room for us! Our servers were fantastic and immediately took care of us all. The food was perfectly cooked with generous delicious portions. The fact that the staff was able to take care of us all (without reservation), on such a sad day with... we are very grateful for you all at Soni. Thank you for being able to gather our family and friends! I'm definitely gonna eat back here when we're in New Castle!

Today Friday Jan 28, 2022 This is the best ham and bean soup I've ever had, and for the dish was the cup full when I got it. I only ate too fast before I took the picture, note that this is my second cup and its full.. The best pizza in town is down. I have to say spaghetti with olive oil and garlic is delicious. Wow, they have the best bread.

Me and my wife love coming here and trying new things on the menu. last night we had the special “pizza pasta” as recommended by our server britney (she was great) and we both loved it. affordable and good portions with very friendly staff
