Starbucks - New Castle

Adriana is the best. She's very sweet and offers awesome customer service. In fact, we never have an issue at this location. The management and staff are all very courteous and friendly. Love the recommendations for drink options.

I am so happy we found out a 24 hour Starbucks with kind and happy baristas! Adrianna is absolutely amazing and was sweet and accommodating as we sat and talked....beyond happy with this location and service! Will be returning again and again.

I commute from NJ to DE daily and have gone to this drive thru twice on my way home from work. The location is very convenient for getting off the highway and right back on toward the bridge. Each time I was extremely impressed by how quick my drink was made. Both times the baristas were super friendly.

I used to get caramel iced coffees from a competing chain that creates it without asking me how many cream and sugars. Considering I had to guess the amount needed at Starbucks, I was never able to get them just a sweet until today. Yesenia recommended me a new drink that would satisfy my sweet tooth. A “Gr Icd Coffee w/ Classic Syrup, White Mocha, V Sweet Crm 1/2”, and Van Sc Cld Fm”. And it was so good! I will be ordering this from now on. Thank you Yesenia! Also, staff at this location have always been kind and its clean inside, spacy w/ plenty of seating.
