The owners have behaved unethically. They abruptly closed the restaurant and are refusing to refund gift certificates. It feels as though they’ve taken people’s money without a thought for their customers. I truly hope I don’t come across them in person.

Today, we were heartbroken to hear the news that they are retiring and closing the restaurant. Our kids took it particularly hard, as going to Agnello's was always a special treat compared to the usual local pizzerias. We wish the Agnello family all the best in their retirement and are grateful for all the wonderful family meals they've provided us. With their closure, we're truly at a loss for finding pizza of the same quality and authenticity. Thank you, Agnellos! Thank you!

I visited this restaurant with several family members to explore the possibility of catering for my daughter's birthday party. After weeks of discussions about our desired date and even getting close to placing the order, I inquired about the price only to find out that they wouldn’t be open on that Saturday and couldn’t accommodate us. This is absurd. The communication has been very poor. I was intending to spend $400, but I will not be recommending this place.
