On my trip to Green Park earlier today, I thought I had never eaten at Ananda Bhavan, so why not see if they have thali options. Thankfully they had a thali option so I ended up Ordering a veg thali today. The packaging was immaculate though the food was no where close to the Andhra Bhavan thali I had in mind. But when it came to the dessert, the kesar halwa totally took me by surprise. A big shout to the chef for this amazing dish. Though I may not order the entire thali again, but the halwa is definitely going to be a part of my regular ordering menu. It was warm and heartening and I can’t help smiling with the thought of ordering it again.
Heard about this place from a friend and went for dinner few days back.Decided to opt for south Indian food and it was very good. the food was tasty, cooked fresh and the pricing was affordable too. friendly staffs and the place was clean too
This place have history in sweet and namkeen. Special in rice add on grevy and namkeens like ledies finger fries and bitter melon fries. Nice place for to take Dewali gift. Definitely recommend.
One of the finest south indian vegetarian brands from tamilnadu at Delhi. It has various sweets and savouries available. Tasty south Indian foods a must try
Used to visit this place a lot whenever I come to Delhi. Recently, got the feeling that the taste of food has departed from what is authentic. They have made sambars taste sweet, like Udupi cuisine rather than the Tamil cuisine which they are supposed to serve. On my last visit, vada wasn't hot or crispy. But one star extra for their good tea.
