Been here many times and always first rate. Staff friendly and easy to engage with- stringent hygiene controls. Food always hot and tasty-very good coffee-,vegetarian breakfast outstandingly good value. Table service- nice to be able to talk to the staff-all in all top Class.

Visited a few weeks back a friend had raved about this place. I went with my brother. It was ok but no more than that. No wow factor, No freindly welcome, fairly dark in side. Nice dresser by the door but it needed a bit more made it maybe a bunch of flowers . Menu was very basic, not many vegetarian options beside a jacket with one filling no option to buy extra filings like cheese and beans. The waiting staff were polite but not over friendly. It was cheap and clean. But when I go to the loo I don’t want to smell strong smoke coming through the opend window, and people staff? standing outside the loo window smoking yuck. My Brother enjoyed his meal, my was ok but a bit dry and basicI want more than a baked apatoe with cheap shop beought fillings . It was fine for a basic, cheap café but nothing to write home abou. Really needs up dating and giving a wow factor and move the staff ? smoking area

We treat ourselves occasionally to a full English breakfast. Always delicious and plentiful. Plates always hot and no grease. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Has quite a local following.

We eat here quite regularly and always very good. Strict covid procedures-all staff have masks/face guards and spotlessly clean throughout. All day vegetarian breakfast at £5.99 very good value and they change to scrambled eggs without bother. Waiter/waitress service- always polite-all food served piping hot and good coffee. This restaurant is a top example of the older style where service and good food were the most important thing.

We visited here for a spot of lunch, whilst passing through New Milton. Polite waitress very nice seating area inside. Great to see the exemplary Covid precautions in place for everyone’s safety. We opted for the all day breakfast each, with a latte a banana milkshake. The food was very well presented very tasty as well. Would definitely go back again.
