Taco Bell - New Franklin

Always fast and friendly service. eating is done right and is hot. they always hook me with extra sauce! child-friendliness: my daughter loves the cheese-adilla with the spicy sauce

The dining room is closed 95% of the time I come here which makes the drive through lines super long a lot of the time. As a doordash driver I would avoid here unless you get a good order. The employees are nice but it would be nice if they could put up a sign up saying that there dining room is closed.

Food is normally spot on, the issue comes when you don't receive all of your items and this happens consistently. Just tonight, I ordered nacho fries and got the cheese sauce but no fries.

Sub par meal and it's 10 o'clock at night and they service ONE car at a time. They will take the order cash you out and give you your food before moving on to the next car. Instead of just taking multiple orders at once. Fix your problems.Food: 3/5

Had the grilled steak cheese burrito double added double steak and got one regular double and they both were the same size so apparently I paid for steak that I didn't get. Should have took a pic but neglected the opportunity
