Mcdonald's - New Hanover County

My grandson and I had a little time together before he had to go to school. It was a good time to spend with him there.

Waited for 10 minutes in drive thru and food was hard and ice cold like it had been sitting around all day. Zero stars. If they make you pull up and wait then at least make sure the food is hot Buns were so hard and chewy had to throw everything away.

I mean it's McDonald's, but as far as Mickey Ds go, this one's great

The food was good. No one at the counter, so I had to order on the kiosk. Had to walk back in the store for the honey mustard for 10 piece nuggets.

Gone all AI... Machines take order, scant human interaction Ice cream sundaes, no choclate, no whipped cream, nuts, cherry Call that a SUNDAE? Done with this dismal franchise!
