Went to the bathroom, then saw a worker who just got done using the bathroom without washing their hands. They then proceeded to go to the french fry area and then touch the front cash register. Told the manager i don't know if they did anything about it though, absolutely disgusting.

I Placed a curbside mobile order at 9:26am and didn't get my food until after 10am. Me and my boyfriend had to get out the car to see what was taking so long. They have the worse service and always slow no matter what shift it is. The drive thru was moving faster then the mobile curbside pick up.

The one day I needed my order to be right, it wasn't. It hasn't been for the last few times I've gone. I was babysitting and used the curbside pickup, but the child needed to use the restroom so I went inside. When I got there I let them know I was parked in curbside but that I was inside using the bathroom. When I came out, I was carrying the kid and told the girl behind the counter that I was out and we were headed back to the car and she said our order was ready and asked me to carry the bag out to the car. I said that was fine, even tho I had the child. She handed me the bag and I took it out to the car. I told the girl the child wasn't mine and I was babysitting. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the child's entire meal was missing. My husband went back and the happy meal was sitting there waiting, cold.

Here lately.Everyone acts like they hate their job. They all act like they 're forced to be there. So therefore aint, ask for ketchup or napkins or straw and turns into a Karen moment!

The food is usually correct and the woman who works the drive thru in the morning is super nice! (The one with blue hair)
