Blaze Pizza - NEW HARTFORD

I just tried it for the first time yesterday, and I'm so happy I did! Everything tasted so fresh, and I'm excited to go back in the future!

Leaving a review to recognize the awesome staff at the New Hartford location. Had a recent order where another customer had inadvertently grabbed our order. The staff was understanding and courteous, and whipped up another order for me, along with 2 free pizza coupons. Mistakes happen and I wasn’t inconvenienced at all, but I could tell the staff genuinely cared, and it made me want to go back again in the future.

A fast casual personal pizza joint that operates like Subway or Moes where you build your own pizza. In an area where mom and pop pizza places dominate, Blaze still manages to set a high bar. The variety of toppings and sauces is key here. Roasted garlic as an option, hell yes!Customer service floored me today. Hostess prepared my two pizzas, but then bumped into something and dropped them both.I felt so bad for her. Not her fault. It's a Monday, these things happen.After the hostess remade my pizzas the manager came out and gave me one of the pizzas for free despite my protests. My pizzas were great, so my review is great pizza, STELLAR customer service.

Pros Friendly and accommodating service. Fair prices for being vegan. Food tasted really good. We could not taste the difference between the pizza we had and the normal pizza. Fast turnaround time.Cons Parking spaces are at a premium.
