Unbelievable! I discovered this restaurant a few weeks ago, and I can’t say enough great things about it. The half-moons are absolutely incredible! I've visited many places, but nothing compares to this one – there’s simply no competition in the area! I’m definitely going to be a loyal customer. The dark chocolate cake with creamy icing was the best I’ve ever had; I had no idea such quality existed. Thank you, Ginger Bread!!!

Gingerbread Bakery is the finest bakery in Oneida County. They offer the most delightful cakes, icing, and half moons. We collaborated with Jaime to create our wedding cake, and it turned out beautifully! We chose layers of raspberry and lemon cake, filled with raspberry cream and buttercream. It was simply delicious. The fact that they do not use artificial coloring is a definite bonus! I highly recommend Gingerbread Bakery for all your baking needs and stunning wedding cakes.

We had a fantastic cake tonight at Valentino Banquet Hall it was fabulous and so moist and tasty, def use them, they are simply amazing to work with too

Best doughnuts ... Hands down!! Almost didn't get any because they only take cash or checks. In today's electronic age I admit to carrying very little or no cash. Fortunately I do keep one check tucked away ... I wish there was a sign on the door, but I may have missed it.

They have the best doughnuts that I ever taste the way Hemstroughts Bakery use to taste like 35 yrs ago delicious if possible I think that you should open another bakery downtown Utica when the new hospital opens up there 's no competition downtown at all
