Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches

I usually prefer not to endorse national chains, but I'm making an exception in this case. I've visited this location multiple times, and I always order the #7. I've tried subs from Mello's, Venice, and Jersey Mike's, and I can confidently say this one is better than any of them.

Feeling let down by the menu, I opted for the turkey sub with mayo. The lettuce was inedible, likely frozen, and there was barely any meat on the sandwich. The sub roll was just mediocre. The pickle was large but extremely bitter, and the chip selection was basic and lacked flavor. Nothing about this place screams "delicious subs." I had high hopes, but I was thoroughly disappointed.

I visited today to order two subs, but neither of them was made correctly. The staff was unhelpful when I returned the items. I won’t be coming back; it’s not worth the high prices they charge for subs.

Always so clean. Pleasant employees. Great food, very fresh!

Ordered two sandwiches. They forgot several things from my order and the sandwich had no cheese, one measly slice of meat and an item that I paid extra for. I took the survey and it reported it to corporate, corporate said someone from the franchise wouldbe in touch, I have not heard anything. It?s annoying enough that I the sandwiches were made incorrectly but they stole moneyfrom me because I did not get what I paid for.
