I recommend ordering ahead through the app for in-person pick-up, not drive-thru! It can take quite a while, regardless of the weather. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options available.
If you have half an hour to spare, feel free to sit in the drive-thru. There's absolutely no sense of urgency here. This has been the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. I understand that things can go wrong occasionally, but this seems to be a constant issue. Please improve! People can't spend all day waiting in line!
I mean it's a Starbucks. Nothing more nothing less. Took longer then other Starbucks to get the drink even though it was not busy.
My drink was incorrect, but instead of going through the hassle to get a new one( because they were busy) I asked the barista to add extra oatmilk. She was fully annoyed, said wait a minute and then came back and dumped it in my drink and handed it to me all wet.. I wouldn’t say customer service is her strong point.
