Bb.q Chicken Elkins Park - New Haven

Had dinner here just before Christmas. We had Ra bboki and Jae yook bokkeum, with a side of fried chicken. Portion sizes were very generous. The owner was also very generous he saw that we were struggling with the spiciness (he had warned us when we ordered) and got us some steamed rice. He also gave us a side of kimchi made with chives that his mother had made, just to try out. Very impressed with the hospitality. The food wasn't bad either!

I enjoyed my meal and will be returning again. Food and customer service was equally awesome. I can't wait to try everything on their menu. Anyone who enjoys and/or is interested in trying Korean food, check this place out!

The food was amazing and everything here was delicious. I would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could. My family and I went to eat and were extremely satisfied with both the food and the service. The food came quickly and came out as if it was just cooked, piping hot! The waiters and owner treated us with the utmost respect and even though there was a small mix-up in the order, it was resolved extremely professionally. The chicken here is definitely the best in the whole area, and everything was covered in just the right amount of sauce. Also, all the other side dishes were cooked perfectly as well. We will definitely come here again and I recommend anyone in the area to visit, eat, and enjoy!

Look, this is the best Fried Chicken in CT full stop. Great food, great service, great vibe. You need to stop in and have the Honey Garlic wings. I can't get enough! I came back when it went under new management. Joseph is the new manager and he's awesome! Food is as fresh and delicious as ever. If you like spicy, ask for the Mala wings!
