Burger King - New Haven

Worst ever... I think I'm done with fast food at this point. We literally waited 30min for a crispy burger and a whopper. Paid extra for bacon and cheese; they had a quarter of the bacon strip in there. Then the drinks were filled w ice, NO REFILLS... You would think for all that extra wait time, thy would treat customers better than that. You got to beg for straws and ketchup... NO MAYO!!! Then idk whats going with Darren, he needs a booster... TRIPPLE FFF

Poor services.. Too slow.. Waist a lot time waiting your food when the Fast food was empty...

Love Her at the whalley Ave location Upside down lady Rocky ... Ok went to my favorite burger King and this is what I get burnt nuggets really the manger needs to be fired I 'm a cook at Riptides and I would never put out food looking like this you guys really sucked tonight

Over a dollar discrepancy in what I was charged and what was advertised on the drive-thru menu. The staff and manager were rude and unwilling to check the difference. This Burger King has dozens of bad evaluations for rude and poor service, yet the owner has not changed a thing or retrained the staff. It seems obvious no one cares at this location. AS CUSTOMERS WE DESERVE BETTER!!

This location is horrible with customer service during the evening hours when you order by the Drive thur. this young man who looks to be near 20yrs old was so rude. When I pull up to the window i waited 5mins for him cause he was texting and looking at videos and wasn't caring that i was there all while my food sat there getting cold. The look on my face was notice by another guy who may have been a supervisor had then turn and told him to get off his phone and take my money cause my food was getting cold. I will be calling Corp. in the morning!
