Dunkin' - New Haven

This Dunkin' Donuts location is fantastic! They have a wide selection, everything was made perfectly, and they offer energy drinks unlike anywhere else. The staff is incredibly friendly, fast, and cheerful, making for an overall wonderful experience.

I ordered food through uber and I didn't get the whole meal. They only sent a drink that by the way did not have a straw for you. It gives me so much courage, they already go several times with the same thing. tried to contact me but no one answered. THEY SHOULD CLOSE IT. How irresponsible of the people who work there.

They can't understand that a little cream is just that.theyload it up,if you say dark they give it black,not asking for much especially when im paying for it

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts ever been in my life. The work isn't there is Unprofessional it looked miserable as hell. The line will be near outdoor and all they do is just talking to each other ,and after you order your food , it takes so long for the smallest order even for a cup of coffee. I know it doesn't take 5 to 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee once you order it in almost like 15 minutes just to get your food. That's why I called the main corporate and they will look into it. You could also tell they don't clean at all before they leave because I see the same napkins they've been on the floor three days after....

I ordered a sourdough sandwich that the girl sweeped the floor, and left me standing there and waited 10 minutes on my sandwich.
