Five Guys - New Haven

Today I went to five young in new haven on amity rd. I ordered a speckkäse hot dog. before leaving, I decided to put ketch on the dog. I realized there was no one. when I brought this to her attention. the young man melts cheese on the greasy frit and placed in aluminum foil. extremely poor service and lack of care. improperly give milk in the fashion. rude and unnecessary. I will put a formal complaint to the office.

This layer had the fries already cooked, they were crispy and cold, and in order to cover it, they did not put in the pocket. I didn't mind this time.

One of the four staff members was very friendly, professional, and polite. The food was delicious but quite pricey. We had to wait a bit longer than expected, and the inside was messy; we needed to clean the table and chairs ourselves. However, I would give it another try.

I waited 20 minutes for my burger during a quiet time at 7:30 on a Sunday. When I brought it home, I discovered there was no bacon. They should really consider renaming this place "Two Guys," since there were only two people working while three others just stood around doing nothing.

This location was clean and the staff was friendly. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. My kids loved the shakes.
