Mcdonald's - New Haven

I spoke with someone at the restaurant using my daughter's phone after they had closed, and they assured me that they had my item. Now, however, they are not responding. I live hours away, so I can't just go there in person.

Dreadful service, eat under average, but then again mcdonald’s. can't expect much.

Food is always saggy or stale and the ice cream is thick and yellow. No other McDonalds is like this accept the one in the ghetto.

They claimed their ice machine was down, but it was actually working. It was a terrible experience, and the staff's attitude was disappointing!

The customer service I received at this franchise was absolutely the best I've had in a long time. The woman who took my order was incredibly patient.
